General Purpose The Privacy Policy of Your Small Biz Accountant, LLC (the “Company”), a duly authorized Florida company of the United States of America, describes the personal information collected and recorded by the Company when you (the “User”) register for our services or opt-in to receive marketing communications (e.g., a newsletter or promotional emails). 2. Collection Tools This privacy policy applies to any information received offline or online. We may collect information from you via the Site, mobile app, email, social media, online chat, instant message, facsimile, SMS, text, telephone, payment transactions, surveys, intake forms, or postal mail. 3. Registration Data We do not require the submission of any personal information while browsing the Site as a visitor. However, to complete the registration process as a User, we may collect your full name, physical address, email address, and phone number (“Registration Data”). 4. Google Analytics The Company implements Google Analytics to track Site traffic. Also, we use Google signals, which collect visitation information via Google advertising cookies and identifiers and associates it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for ad personalization. This Google information focuses on Cross Device Reports, such as end-user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google which provides aggregated and anonymous insights into the users’ cross-device behaviors. End-users may access or delete such data via Google My Activity, and opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features through their Google Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and the NAI’s consumer opt-out. We will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, or add to your personal information. The Company may share the amended personal information with the parties mentioned in Limited Exceptions to Sharing Your Personal Information. 10. Duration The Company keeps user information as long as someone is a customer or until we no longer need it for legal or business purposes. If you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you will continue to receive legal or transactional emails until you close your account with us. 11. Links to Third Parties For our Visitors and Users' convenience, the Site may contain links that lead to third-party websites not under our direct control.
